CHARITY

2014 London Marathon

CE Facilities Services’ Director of Risk completed his first marathon in April 2014. Bob, who has been with the company for over 5 years, completed the London Marathon in aid of Myositis UK as part of our annual charity fundraising activities.

The London Marathon is part of the World Marathon Majors and saw around 35,000 runners taking part this year in support of a variety of different charities. The 26 mile course is internationally renowned for being a tough challenge and Bob completed the course in a time of 5 hours 45 minutes.

Bob raised over £2000.00 for Myositis UK and was helped by the donation of a hospitality package at Birmingham City by CE Facilities Services as part of the fundraising effort.

On behalf of everyone at CE Facilities Services we would like to congratulate Bob not only in completing the marathon, but in making such an impressive donation to a wonderful cause. Well done Bob!

Tomas Gronager leads donation to British Heart Foundation.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Tomas Gronager was recently asked to address a number of the leading fund managers in the City of London regarding Facilities Management services.

Tomas’ appearance was not just an opportunity to pass on some of his considerable knowledge on the subject, but also a great chance to raise money for charity. On behalf of Tomas and CE Facilities Services as a whole, over £600 was donated to the extremely worthy cause of the British Heart Foundation.
