We have harnessed the knowledge gained from delivering services to some of the world’s largest events and iconic venues to bring a fresh perspective and dynamic energy to all of our clients. Our history includes a highly successful role as the main service provider of cleaning and housekeeping services to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

This wealth of experience in providing cleaning services to sporting arenas enables us to support clients to re-develop their stadia to provide multiuse services, combining daytime sporting fixtures and evening music events. CleanEvent Services currently provides world class, innovative services to 19 high profile, prestigious venues in the UK and Europe, with a combined capacity of 780,000. Our valued clients include Liverpool FC, Arsenal FC, Silverstone, Cheltenham Racecourse and Stadia Roland Garros.

The diversified use of stadia and venues in recent years to include concerts, conferences and religious gatherings each attracts a unique demographic and presents varied operational challenges. We understand this environment and we have the capability to bring this wealth of experience to other sports stadia in the UK and throughout the World.

  • After the Opening and Closing Ceremony at London 2012 we cleaned up over 400kg of confetti from the Olympic Stadium.
  • We have cleaned at Stade Roland Garros complex near Paris welcoming over 460,000 spectators to The French Tennis Open Championship every year since 2009.
  • We clean the 763 acre Silverstone site. In 2016 we hosted 139,000 visitors at the British Grand Prix.
  • Cheltenham Race Course has broken attendance records over the course of 2015. A total of 248,464 race goers attended the Festival, with a sell out crowd of 67,570 enjoying the Gold Cup day on Friday.
  • At Aintree Race Course, CleanEvent Services scored an average of 98% in a secret mystery shopper audit report for cleaning during the Grand National meeting. The audit covered the cleanliness of toilets, evidence of on-going cleaning and replenishment of washroom consumables.
