Our 2026 International Exchange Programme is officially underway, with Mark Dulson, Venue Presentation Manager at Aintree Racecourse, and Rebecca Long, Venue Presentation Manager at Queens Park Rangers, travelling to Australia for the first stage of this year’s exchange with Quayclean Australia.
Over the coming weeks, Mark and Rebecca will work alongside Quayclean teams across Sydney, Melbourne and South Australia, gaining first-hand experience at some of Australia’s leading sporting venues and major live events. The programme provides a unique opportunity to experience different operating environments, share best practice and develop new approaches that can be brought back to benefit our clients across the UK.
The International Exchange Programme is a long-standing partnership between CleanEvent Services and Quayclean Australia, designed to strengthen collaboration between two organisations that share a commitment to operational excellence, innovation and investing in people. By immersing themselves in new venues, teams and ways of working, participants develop their leadership skills while building valuable international relationships.
For Mark and Rebecca, the exchange offers an opportunity to broaden their experience beyond the UK events industry, learning from colleagues who deliver cleaning and facilities services across a diverse range of high-profile sporting and entertainment venues.
Later this year, we look forward to welcoming our Australian counterparts to the UK for the return leg of the programme, where they will experience our operations and work alongside our teams at some of the country’s most iconic venues and events.
