CleanEvent Services has relaunched its CE Academy, reinforcing its long-term commitment to developing future leaders from within the business.
The refreshed programme brings together colleagues from across a range of operational disciplines and client sites, providing structured development opportunities that support career progression into supervisory and management roles.
Participants from our teams at Liverpool Football Club, Manchester City Football Club, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Training Centre, Co-op Live, Cheltenham Racecourse and CleanKitchen Services attended the latest academy workshop, reflecting the breadth of experience and operational knowledge across the business.
The session focused on effective delegation, exploring one of the most important skills required of successful leaders. Delivered by Martin Seale and Jodie Bishop, the workshop encouraged participants to share experiences, discuss real workplace challenges and develop practical techniques that can be applied across their own teams and contracts.
The CE Academy has been designed to build leadership capability through a programme of interactive workshops, practical learning and collaboration. By bringing together colleagues from different venues, sectors and operational backgrounds, participants gain valuable insights into alternative approaches while developing the confidence and skills needed to take the next step in their careers.
The relaunch forms part of CleanEvent’s wider investment in learning and development, complementing its apprenticeship programmes, professional qualifications, management training and international exchange opportunities. Together, these initiatives support succession planning and ensure the business continues to develop talented people capable of leading operations across some of the UK’s most demanding venues.
