Rigorous auditing over two days by BSI qualified auditor
This week we successfully passed our annual surveillance audit with the British Standards Institution and retained our accreditation to OHSAS 18001 for a further 12 months for both Cleaning & Security services.
After reviewing the OHS Management System with both our Director Risk and CEO, the BSI auditor visited Westfield Derby and then Wolverhampton Race course to evidence that the OHSMS was being effectively implemented at ‘site and venue-level’.
The venue cleaning managers, Glen Simms and Marcia Swaby both passed their phase of this audit with flying colours, showing that the OHSMS was fully implemented and more importantly fully supported and understood by the respective teams at the venues.
