Congratulations to our February 2019 Employee of the Month winners!
It is great to see our employees being recognised for their efforts, not only by their Venue Manager, but by their Regional Manager and the client as well.
Andres Giovanny – Employee of the Month. National Compliance Manager nomination/ Operations Director nomination.
Andres (pictured on the left) has taken on the role of Venue Manager whilst Edison is on leave. Andres is a supervisor at Crystal Palace and is daily a great support to the venue and Edison. Whilst Edison is on annual leave Andres has ensured the smooth operation of the venue, managing day to day operations, staff, recruitment and organising everything ready for month end. Andres displays leadership, initiative, professionalism, passion and teamwork at all times. Andres has been nominated by the National Compliance Manager, Kirsty Dabner, and Director of Operations, Scott Booth.
Sandra Stanton – Employee of the Month. Venue Manager nomination/ Regional Manager nomination.
Sandra is a supervisor at the Haydock venue and was nominated by her Venue Manager, Anna, and this nomination was then supported by her Regional Manager, Jay. Sandra has stepped up and managed the operations on a daily basis whilst Anna was on annual leave for 4 weeks. The Operations Manager of the venue supported this nomination. Sandra has demonstrated teamwork, leadership, commitment, professionalism, initiative and delivered client satisfaction during Anna’s absence.
Theo Sellas – Most Improved Employee. Nominated by his Venue Manager
Theo is a key member of staff at Ascot Racecourse. Theo is there day to day and is responsible for the night shift, which can be challenging. Theo delivered an exceptional night shift at the February race meet and this was noted and commented on by the CEO of Ascot Racecourse. Theo demonstrates passion and initiative in his role and displays leadership throughout. Brener his Venue Manager nominated him for the award due to his consistency in job performance and client satisfaction.
