We are congratulating three employee of the month winners this month:
EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Carl Jones, Coopers Square
Carl was made aware of a repeat shoplifter, who was returning to a store within Coopers Square. Carl checked CCTV so he had a description and he then monitored the shop being targeted. He got lucky and stopped the shoplifter when he was about to enter the store again. The person denied it was him in previous CCTV footage, but Carl recognised a tattoo which matched the person on CCTV and the police were then called. The client was very pleased and this is a great example of a CleanEvent Services employee going that extra mile. Carl is a valued member of the team at Coopers Square and prides himself on his role.
The image shows Carl.
EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH (CLIENT NOMINATION): Jorge Lima, Cheltenham Racecourse
Lima displayed outstanding leadership skills during a recent event hosting over 5000 people, maintaining cleanliness standards during the event and the post clean. The client was very impressed, and repeatedly complimented Lima. Lima is a long term employee at Cheltenham, who knows the venue with his eyes closed and is a valued member of the team, often supporting the management. He is reliable, dedicated and uses his initiative.
MOST IMPROVED: Tom Bates, Tottenham Hotspur
Tom joined CleanEvent Services in March this year and is now a fully integrated employee. He is regarded by the client as part of the dream team working at Percy House, a community hub and the home of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.
Tom has been fully committed to his role keeping the Foundation clean, whilst the team go about their task of helping local people back into work. Tom displays professionalism, customer service and passion in his role.
