MOST IMPROVED EMPLOYEE: Guilherme Malandrin, Olympic Park

Guilherme (pictured) is an Olympic Park cleaning operative but recently assisted with coverage at The Conduit. Since then Guilherme has stepped up and demonstrated leadership within his venue and role. He is demonstrating professionalism, commitment and teamwork at all times, delivering client satisfaction.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, CLIENT FEEDBACK: Grant Marais, Cheltenham Racecourse

Grant was nominated by his venue manager following feedback from the client after the November race meeting at Cheltenham. Grant is a long standing member of the CleanEvent Services team and always uses his initiative and leadership within his role. He is professional and demonstrates teamwork at all times.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Ray Bradbury, Haydock Racecourse

Ray was nominated by his venue manager, Anna and his regional manager, Jay. Ray assisted Carlisle with race meetings twice in one week, and he is hardworking and always reliable. Ray is a valued member of the team at Haydock and was nominated for his client service, client satisfaction and initiative.
