Empowering Women at CleanEvent Services: Introducing the Women’s Network Group

In a bid to foster a supportive and empowering environment for its female employees, CleanEvent Services has launched a Women’s Network Group, spearheaded by Director, Ann Gronager and Payroll Manager, Helen Young. This initiative aims to provide a space where female employees can come together, share their thoughts, extend support to colleagues and seek guidance or advice in a confidential and safe setting

The introduction of the Women’s Network Group newsletter has been met with enthusiasm, alongside planned information sessions led by professional speakers, the first of which will take place on International Women’s Day on Friday 8th March 2024.

What began as a simple initiative has rapidly gained momentum within the organisation following it’s wider introduction at the company’s Annual Conference in early February – the Women’s Network Group continues to attract more participants and has become a platform for female employees to connect, empower each other and thrive. This success is a testament to the dedication and strength of the women within CleanEvent Services.
