CleanEvent Services has welcomed two colleagues from Australian cleaning and facilities management company Quayclean Australia to the UK as part of the next phase of its International Exchange Management Programme.
Sagar Giri and Sam Pegler will spend several weeks working alongside CleanEvent teams, gaining first-hand experience across a diverse range of high-profile venues and operational environments.
Their programme includes visits to major sporting and entertainment venues, including Royal Ascot, the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, stadiums, arenas, racecourses, education sites and CleanEvent’s Head Office. Alongside operational placements, they will also complete a range of BICSc training programmes and accredited trainer qualifications, further supporting the exchange of knowledge and best practice between the two organisations.
Established in partnership with Quayclean Australia, the International Exchange Management Programme is designed to develop future leaders by providing exposure to different operating models, management approaches and customer environments. By working alongside colleagues in another country, participants gain valuable professional experience while sharing ideas and practical solutions that benefit both businesses.
The programme also strengthens the long-standing relationship between CleanEvent and Quayclean, creating opportunities for collaboration, continuous improvement and the development of internationally recognised cleaning standards.
As the latest exchange begins, Sagar and Sam will experience the breadth of CleanEvent’s operations while contributing their own knowledge and expertise, continuing a programme that reflects the company’s commitment to investing in people, developing leadership capability and sharing best practice across international markets.
