Katie Squire wins ACE Star award for Customer Service

Everyone at CleanEvent Services would like to offer their warmest congratulations to Katie Squire, Cleaning Operative based at the Dolphin Centre, who has been awarded an ACE Star award at the British Council of Shopping Centres Annual Conference.

ACE stands for Achieving Customer Excellence and Katie was one of 185 people nominated in the category; “best customer service in the retail property industry”.

Katie was nominated by the client at the Dolphin Centre, Poole for her commitment to customer service. Following her nomination, a panel of eight representatives from the retail industry conducted mystery shopper visits at the centre when Katie was on shift; observing her approach to customer service.

Katie was one of only 12 people, out of the 185 nominated, who won the award.
