Night Cleaning Supervisor- Liverpool 

Role Description

CleanEvent Services are seeking night cleaning Supervisor to join our team for one prestigious client based in Liverpool.  You will be responsible for delegating and supporting a team of cleaners to ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out as per the direction of the Venue Presentation Manager, and the client.

You will work 5 days over 7 and must be available to supervise events days and post event cleaning.

We are looking for applicants who can start immediately where full induction training will be given for the successful applicants.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Delegate, support, motivate and encourage all personnel under your management
• Provide an efficient, safe, consistent and quality service to the complete satisfaction of CleanEvent client.
• Manage team members’ performance and direct them to undertake cleaning tasks as required to meet the responsibilities of this job role
• Ensure that all equipment is safely and properly used by team members and that any faults are promptly reported and fixed
• Ensure that staff who operate mechanical sweeper, machines and other mechanical equipment are properly trained and licensed to do so
• Ensure that safe work practices are followed by all team members
• Ensure that all team members adhere to dress and behavior codes
• Maintain effective communications allocate ad hoc cleaning duties as they are logged with the help desk
• Prepare and submit required shift reports
• Motivating team members and ensuring that good working relationship is maintained with and between team members.
• Arrange cover for staff absence and sickness
• Complete daily checks to ensure the venue is up to the standard required
• Be the main point of the contact between the company and the team
• Manage operatives’ behaviours on site and monitor their performances
• In case of shortness of operatives, support the team to complete the tasks

In order to satisfy the above, it is preferable to speak and understand basic communication in English.

Salary: £11 p/h
