Sandra Tindall, of our Freshney Place Shopping Centre team in Grimsby, has been awarded the Revo ACE Star 2017 Award for achieving customer experience. The competition is open to all retail shopping centres and malls in the UK, and is judged through audit and tests by mystery shoppers.

The award recognises Sandra’s dedication and achievement of high standards in her role, and her customer relations skills.

CleanEvent Services launches kitchen cleaning and food hygiene service

CleanEvent Services has launched a commercial kitchen cleaning and food hygiene service in response to client demand.

The new service allows hospitality venues, including hotels, restaurants and event venues, to focus on running an excellent restaurant and kitchen operation, without the distraction of managing the cleaning team. High standards of cleaning and food hygiene have become increasingly important in all locations that serve food, as customers more and more consider Scores on the Doors ratings when deciding where they will eat.

CleanEvent Services has appointed Aslam Yusuf as Director of the South African business. Aslam will be responsible for providing excellent service to existing contracts in South Africa as well as leading business growth throughout Southern Africa.

CleanEvent Services helps to protect clients and the public

The CleanEvent Services team at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness have received a letter of appreciation for their community engagement from the Police Scotland Chief Inspector.

This follows several incidents in the area.

  • The proactive intervention of the CleanEvent Services security team resulted in the successful tracing of a repeat “vulnerable missing-person.”
  • The security team assisted police in identifying a fraud case which had occurred within a store at the shopping centre. Not only did the team alert police to this unreported incident, but in anticipation of their attendance had identified the

CleanEvent Services expands its Northern Ireland Portfolio

CleanEvent Services has secured the cleaning services contract at the award winning W5 Science and Discovery Centre at Odyssey in Belfast.The contract includes the provision of daily and periodic cleaning, window cleaning and washroom services, and is a welcome addition to other major contracts in the city, including the SSE Arena at Odyssey and the recently opened National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.

Congratulations to our award winners at Arsenal

Many congratulations to our employees Nathalia Nascimento and Janayne Carvalho Silva on winning the CleanEvent Services Employees of the Month Award for October.

On 19th October, Arsenal were playing Bulgarian champions Ludogorets at the Emirates Stadium, in the Champions League group stage.  An incident occurred with a group of VIP’s from Ludogorets, who did not speak English, and who were the family of one of the players. The group involved included very young children and the query concerned ticketing.

CleanEvent Services Annual Conference 2016

The CleanEvent Services annual conference, held on 18th October at Birmingham City Football Club, was kicked off by our CEO Tomas Gronager, sharing the company vision and our focus on entrepreneurial spirit.

The entrepreneurial theme was continued by our keynote speaker, Edin Basic, who shared how he had embraced opportunity on his journey from refugee to millionaire.
